Hardylift aims to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free or complete. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Ordering
When you place an order with Hardylift Car Hoists, you agree to purchase products according to these terms. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Hardylift.

Payment
Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on our website. All transactions are processed securely.

Shipping and Delivery
Collection Location: Hardylift Car Hoists operates from 4A Northpark Drive, Somerton. You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our facility during our business hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm. Please note that we may be closed on public holidays.

Delivery Requirements: For freight deliveries, a forklift must be available at the delivery site to unload the items from the courier truck. If the delivery address is residential, additional charges may apply. It is your responsibility to ensure that you or someone is present at the delivery address to unload the items. If no one is available to unload, redelivery fees will be your responsibility.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

If a forklift is not available, we can arrange delivery to a nearby Mainfreight depot or agent. Mainfreight will notify you when the shipment is ready for collection. Please arrange for pickup within 5 business days to avoid incurring storage fees, which will be your responsibility.

Certain products, such as wheel balancers and tyre changers, may be eligible for delivery with a tailgate, though additional fees will apply.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the size of our items, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once products are dispatched. If you need to return an item, contact us for authorization within 14 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is at your expense, and Hardylift will not be responsible for loss or damage during return transit. Ensure the packaging is intact for returns.

Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Warranty
Hardylift Car Hoists is committed to the quality of our products. Each hoist complies with Australian standards and is suitable for commercial and industrial use. We provide documentation including engineer certification and Worksafe Design Registration certificates to support a safe workplace.

We offer the following warranties:

Two and Four Post Hoists: 5-year structural warranty and 12-month warranty on electrical and hydraulics.
For warranty claims, call Hardylift at 1300 66 11 71 or email sales@hardylift.com.au. Include the hoist model and serial number in your request.

For compliance information, consult your state's Workcover Authority, such as Worksafe Victoria.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hardylift Car Hoists or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or distribution of our content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardylift Car Hoists is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria's courts.

Changes to Terms
Hardylift reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
